I had to admit, I was touched. To think that this man, this sexy rockstar, actually cared so much about me was almost unbelievable. After all, I was just a small town girl from a town south of Chicago. I wrapped my arms around him.
“Thanks Cooper,” I told him. “I promise you, I’m safe. I have three bodyguards, and I spend almost all of my time either in the hotel or traveling with you guys. You don’t need to worry about me, just worry about taking care of yourself.”
“Ohhh, I always take care of you” Cooper told me with a wink, kissing me lightly on the lips. I closed my eyes to enjoy the sensations of his lips on mine, the familiar taste of his mouth still one of the most desirable things in my life.
Before I got the chance to savour his taste, however, Cooper moved his mouth away from mine and began to slide down my neck. I leaned my head back, giving him better access to my soft skin as he slid down further, finding my chest.
